i have been muted for no reason ( one side of the story being told)

someone help me? im muted for 6 days? really 5 days? nothing i did wrong and i get muted without even hearing 2 parts of the story, not fair, if i will not get the mute gone i quit because its boring as hell.

and i think the staff only saw my name and the punishment was good, but names dont tell all its just a name fuck sake
